• Users may create an account using their name, email, and password.
• Account information must be accurate and up to date.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to CPRCircle immediately.

4. License and Usage Rights

CPRCircle grants users a personal, non-transferable, and limited license to use the app.

• Users may not copy, sell, reverse-engineer, or rent the application to others.

‍Data generated during training sessions (e.g., compression depth and rate) belongs to the user.However, CPRCircle reserves the right to process and store anonymized data for the purpose of performance analytics and service improvement.

7. Updates and Modifications

‍CPRCircle reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the application or its content.These changes may be applied without prior user consent and are intended to improve the app experience.

• All information in the app is strictly for training purposes.
• In real-life emergencies, users must contact professional medical services such as 112.

9. Suspension of Service

‍If a user violates these terms, their account may be suspended temporarily or permanently.Abuse, offensive behavior, or legal violations fall under this category.

10. Third-Party Services

The app integrates with third-party services such as Firebase for technical functionality.These services are used only as required for operating the application and do not access personal data beyond technical needs.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices.
